Hey Book Bosses! I have found a really cool tool today which is a FREE Image upscaler! Great for your coloring book interior pages to get them printing really crisp and professional looking. Definitely put each image through the upscaler before you publish your books. I tend to put each one through the upscaler and I upscale 4X..... and then upload them back into Canva and then download the whole book as a PDF. I know thats not ideal but the quality is still really good. Its also great to use for your book covers too! The BOSS~A~NOVA!!!! 💃 And ….. dancing my way through the next few weeks I am going to be publishing the following: Christmas WYR book Christmas coloring book Updating and publishing my Summer WYR book (for Oz)! Weight Loss Journal (my NEW doctor told me yesterday i had seriously high cholesterol and e a my BMI is 32, so i am officially obese! Gag!!) Abbie tip was to make something for yourself: i now need to lose a bunch of weight! (Do not go hogwildbon wine, cheese and br I am going to ead while living in France!! This will have weight loss tracker, mindset, strategies, tips, 10 min emergency meals etc. i need to do some research on this to find the niche & key words for this book. Ebook will link to hypnosis recordings maybe. Will be good for January post holiday crowd.

So! Book Bosses! I hope you all enjoyed the live Q4 Planning session on Monday! Be sure to catch up with it if you didnt get to see it! Ive posted it in Module 2 inside The Classroom! ... So we all know one of the hardest things to create on our Book Publishing Journey is a WINNING BOOK COVER don't we! Whether it's a non-fiction book or a fiction book, high content or low content.....your book cover is EVERYTHING! So we know the Book Cover is the make or break between sales and no sales of your book (with one exception which I won't go into right now) - but 99.9% of sales depends on a great book cover! Well......most book publishers in the past had to pay for a Book Cover designer at a rate of $30 - $300 depending on the designer and sometimes even more! 😰 But now that we have such incredible AI design tools such as ChatGPT, DALL.E, Nano Banana, MIdjourney etc............these tools are SOOO GOOD, we actually don't even need to pass work onto a designer any more! BUT..... And this is a BIG BUT!........ sadly..... AI makes mistakes. A LOT of mistakes! As we can see here with the projects I have been working on myself today! I really loved the color pallet of the AI output but there were sooo many errors with it. The cat's eyes, and feet, the champagne bottle in the bath instead of the dead dog I has asked for - the taps are wonky, I asked for a knife with blood on the floor and some bullets too and I asked for paw prints on the walls and pools of blood on the floor. I also asked for blue water in the bath and not purple! And finally, I didn't ask for any text at all and yet good old AI gave me lots of text! So all in all the AI output seemed virtually unusable! Most people would have scrapped it! __________ So I uploaded the image into Canva and got to work! I managed to find a dog that I added into the image and I hid the champagne bottle AND the wonky taps with the crime scene tape, the same with the cats weird "toes" I hid with the crime scene tape.

Just been catching up, posting here to hold myself accountable 🤩 I’ve done already Sahmain (Halloween) and Yule (Christmas) WYR books and Colouring books. Sticking with my witchy/magic niche my plan over the next 2 weeks is to do the following so they are up and out there: 12 Days of Yule Journal Yule Ritual & Spell Logbook Festive Manifestation Journal Witch’s Holiday Planner Yule Gratitude Journal Cozy Witch Notebook Series After which I want to continue with the list of colouring books and journals I have in my notes! I’d love to get to 75 books on by the end of the year. A bit of a push though…

Hellooo Book Bosses! 👋 OMGGG it is soooo great to be back here in Wonderland after my 2 week vacation to Jamaica 🦜🐢✈️! Have you all missed me? (Don't answer that!) 🤣 So how is it going for you? Give me an update as I'm out of the loop! 😅 ...I've definitely missed working sooo much - working on creating and publishing books and working inside Book Boss is truly the equivalent to breathing air for me and it felt like torture not to be doing it for two weeks (my daughters both convinced me not to even take my laptop away with me after I left all of my electricals at the airport during our last vacation which caused a lot of unnecessary stress! plus they wantedme to totally switch off and focus fully of their bickering and stupidity AHEM....... I mean......focus fully on the loveliness that is my two gorgeous girlies!) Anyways...........briefly I am here to just tell you that I will be spending the next couple of days catching up with everything here inside the SKOOL Academy group.....focusing on answering any questions from the last couple of weeks and dealing with any emails and admin etc. I like to quickly just say a very WARM and COSY WELCOME to all of our new Academy members who have joined at a time when the leader had disappeared! I hope you guys have managed to find your way around the community and familiarise yourselves with the calendar tab and the classroom but please do post inside the community to say hey and also to ask me any questions that you may have. Don't forget that we also have a very active community WhatsApp Group that is there for peer support purposes and a place where members can help each other out and also request book reviews for your awesome newly published books! (You can find the Whatsapp Group link in the pinned group posts) _________ On Friday I am going to be going through the Book Boss Accountability Buddy spreadsheet as it has come to my attention that a lot of people have never heard from their accoutability buddies EVEN AFTER being paired up! ...............I think both parties were both waiting to hear from each other!!! - which never happened! - so I need to do something to try and sort that out and also to add any new members who are looking for an accountability partner to the spreadsheet and pair you up! So I will be doing that on Saturday!
