I have been using the prayer prompts in some of the prayer guides for a few weeks now and they are helping me a lot. I am currently only using three of the ones that're available and they're the In The Valley, When I Cannot Feel You, and Trusting the Timeline. I've noticed that even when I use the same prompt to start a prayer entry my prayers aren't all the same. I can feel myself getting lighter on the easier days because I'm opening myself up more to myself first.
