@Kathleen Antares my new go to is water because I'm trying to break bad habits of tea or soda because of the sugar and chemicals. I feel the benefits of water far outweigh the negatives other drinks contribute to. I strive to drink half my body weight in water per day, but don't always succeed so I suppose I'm really only drinking as much as my body is telling me I need. :)
Hey Kathleen. What's the benefit of eating yogurt on a daily basis as opposed to taking a fiber supplement or adding something like psyllium husks to a smoothie?
Working on my health and fitness! Joined a HIIT boot camp and working out 3x a week! Also focusing on cutting carbs, drinking half my body weight in water and increasing my protein intake.
