Day 5. The final day.
And I need you to stop and really read this. I am a woman who speaks up. My voice belongs in every room I walk into. That is not an affirmation. That is a decision. Five days ago you showed up for this challenge. You practiced. You answered. You chose your voice over your silence — even in the small moments. That woman is not coming. She is already here. Drop it in the comments and mean every word of it. And if this challenge lit something up in you — come take it further. Speak Up & Stop Shrinking is happening live on Zoom May 17. One hour. Real practice. $37.

Day 5. The final day.
Day 1 of the Speak Up Challenge. 🎙
Before you can change it you have to name it. Most women say they don't speak up because they don't want to seem aggressive or too much. That is not the real reason. The real reason is fear of what happens AFTER you speak. Fear of the reaction. Fear of the silence. Fear that what you say won't matter. Today's challenge — finish this sentence in the comments: "I don't speak up when _______________" No judgment. No fixing. Just name it. This is day 1. We start with truth. Drop your answer below. I read every single one. — Coach Cherie 🎙

i look forward to skooling with you.
We are on Day 4 of the 5-Day Speak Up Challenge
Today is not about a big moment. It is about a small one. One conversation. One sentence. One second where you chose your voice over your silence. That is how this becomes a habit. Drop your answer in the comments — Today I spoke up when ________. I read every single one.

Day 3 of the Speak Up Challenge. 🎙
Days 1 and 2 were about truth. Today is about transformation. You have spent years telling yourself a story about why your voice does not belong in certain rooms. That story is a lie. Today we rewrite it. Take the limiting belief you named on Day 1 and flip it. Example: Old story — "Nobody listens when I speak." New story — "When I speak with clarity and conviction the right people hear me." Drop your rewrite in the comments: Old story → New story Do the work. This is where it shifts. I am in the comments all day. — Coach Cherie 🎙

Day 2 of the Speak Up Challenge. 🎙
Yesterday you named it. Today we count the cost. Every time you swallow your words something happens. You get passed over. You go unheard. You leave the room feeling invisible. Silence has a price. Most women just never add it up. Today's challenge — finish this sentence in the comments: "Staying silent has cost me ___________" This one might sting. Good. That means it is real. I am in the comments all day. — Coach Cherie 🎙
