My oldest who is 13, he is fine I can take him anywhere he does get anxiety at times. But a chitchat helps that. Now my youngest son, who is 10 non verbal. His OCD kicks in he has to clean everything he seeing on the floor. The worst would be when he has to go to the restroom, I have to tell him don't touch anything and of course he try's.
He calls me helicopter mom
My son calls me a helicopter mom. He doesn't understand I'm especially protective because he's on the spectrum. Teaching him emotional intelligence and vibes is an ongoing thing. Sometimes we don't even pickup on people's vibes.

Introduction
Hello everyone, I'm 37 with 3 children. My boys have both been diagnosed with autism. My oldest is now 13 and middle son is 10 years old. My oldest isn't as severe as my 10yr old. My 10yr old is non verbal. Over the years I can say it has gotten easier for me to adjust to his needs over the years. Now my youngest is 2 I haven't gotten her tested nor have I really seen any signs like I saw from the boys. But hello everyone, I curious what this community has to offer an I appreciate all the tips and tricks.
