Drugstore vs. Designer 💅✨
Let’s talk about the truth behind drugstore vs. designer nail products 👀 A higher price doesn’t always mean better quality — sometimes it just means better branding. Some of my favorite prep tools are from the drugstore because they work. And some designer items are worth every penny because they save time or give that extra polish (literally). For example lint free wipes. In my opinion completely unnecessary extra expense.Paper towel cut into squares are completely acceptable. Here’s how I decide 👇 💸 Drugstore: nail files, alcohol wipes, cotton pads, cuticle oil, buffers. 💎 Designer: base coats, gels, brushes, and glues that make application smoother or last longer. The real secret? Technique matters more than the label. 💬 What’s one “cheap” nail product you swear by? Or one luxury item you’ll never give up?

🦶 Foot Care Reminder!
We baby our hands, but our feet deserve the same love. Regular foot care not only feels amazing, it also helps your pedis last longer. ✨ Quick at-home routine: 1. Soak your feet in warm water for 10–15 minutes (add Epsom salt for extra soothing). OR—if you don’t have extra time, I like to use my pumice stone in the shower while my conditioner is sitting. 2. Use the pumice only on the calloused skin—not the soft parts. For surface dryness, a simple DIY sugar scrub (just sugar + oil from your kitchen!) will leave your feet silky smooth. 3. Moisturize before bed—lock it in with cotton socks overnight. 4. Keep toenails trimmed straight across to avoid ingrowns. Because let’s be real—you want your feet to feel soft and supple, not like a prehistoric river bed or coral reef 🌊😂 Healthy feet = happy nails 💅✨ Do you do a weekly foot soak, or sneak it into your shower routine like me?

Why Nail Oil = Longer-Lasting Manicures Most people think cuticle oil is just for dry skin, but here’s the truth: oiling benefits your skin, nails and polish. 💅 For Your Nails Hydrated nails are flexible nails—less breaking, splitting, and peeling. Oil nourishes the nail plate as it grows out. ✨ For Your Skin Keeps cuticles soft and healthy, preventing hangnails. Protects against irritation when removing polish. 🎨 For Your Polish Polish lasts longer on healthy, flexible nails (less chipping). Keeps manicures looking fresh + shiny instead of dull. 💡 Pro Tip: It doesn’t have to be “cuticle oil.” Any natural oil works! I personally love Bio-Oil in the winter—it has healing properties, dries quickly, and you only need a tiny bit. 👉 My favorite way to apply is with a roller ball bottle (the kind usually used for perfume). It dispenses just enough, and in a glass bottle you can even add essential oils without worrying about it sweating or breaking down. ✨ Daily use = stronger nails, better skin, longer polish wear. 👇 Drop a comment if you want me to send you the Amazon link for my roller ball bottles!

Okayyy… bangle nails 👀💅 basically jewelry on your nails. They’re chunky, shiny, and giving “I’m extra and I know it” vibes. But… would you actually wear them? Or just admire from afar? 👑✨ I attached a Google search video so you can have a visual if you haven't seen them before.

✨ Just for fun ✨
I was playing around with this set and took the inspiration a little too literally 😅🎨 Not sure if it’s wearable or just art for art’s sake, but sometimes it’s fun to just let the brush do whatever it wants. 🌸🪟🍃 What do you think — too literal or just right?
