🎊A Small Win That Means the World to Me
This week, I launched the very first 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 inside my Skool community. I'll admit... I was nervous. Launching something you've poured your heart into is exciting, but it's also vulnerable. You never really know how people will respond. Today, I'm celebrating because 𝟱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 chose to become my very first 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀. 💎 To some, five might seem like a small number. To me, it's five people who believed in my vision before the Premium library is fully built. Five women who said, "I believe in where this is going, and I want to grow alongside you." That means so much. My mission has never been to build the biggest community. It's to help heart-led women entrepreneurs create businesses with 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗺, 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 through simple systems and beginner-friendly AI. This little milestone reminds me that you don't need hundreds of sales to know you're moving in the right direction. Sometimes you just need a few people who genuinely believe in what you're building. 💜 To everyone here who shares your knowledge, celebrates others, and inspires fellow community builders—thank you. I've learned so much from this community. Here's to building one meaningful step at a time. 🌿 Monna xo 🤗

This is such a beautiful reminder that early buyers are not “just” buyers, they are believers! I second @Alitalia Kirksey five founding members is not small at all. It is proof of resonance, trust, and a clear mission. I also think there is something powerful about people joining before everything is fully built, because they are saying yes to the vision as much as the offer. Congrats @Monna Tang 🎉
I Had the Results — I Just Wasn’t Capturing Them...
I have realised that one of the biggest opportunities I have been overlooking is proactively capturing the wins happening inside my community. A member recently shared some of the breakthroughs she was experiencing through my 28-day LinkedIn Visibility Challenge, so I invited her to join me for an interview. We recorded the conversation yesterday, and I was genuinely blown away by what had already happened. She had: ✨ Reconnected with 11 people in her network ✨ Received a discovery call request ✨ Upgraded her LinkedIn profile ✨ Created a lead magnet for her coaching programme ✨ Started seeing LinkedIn as a community, rather than simply another platform We ended up having a brilliant 45-minute conversation, which I can now edit and share on YouTube so others can hear about the experience directly from a member. Then, this morning, I woke up to a generous LinkedIn post from her sharing how valuable the challenge had been and the breakthroughs she had experienced. It was such an encouraging reminder that sometimes we are so busy delivering, supporting and moving on to the next task that we do not pause long enough to document the transformation already happening. I will definitely be more intentional about inviting members to share their stories and celebrating their progress. How are you currently capturing the wins happening inside your programmes, services or communities? Chelena 🖤

The online course graveyard is full of brilliant people...
Subject matter experts. Years of experience. Genuinely transformational knowledge. But their courses didn't sell. And it's not because the content was bad. Because nobody knew the content existed. Building the course is 20% of the work. Building the audience who trusts you enough to buy it... That's the other 80%. Most people do it the wrong way round. If you've already built a course, what came first for you: the content or the audience? And if you'd do it again, would you change the order? 👇🏾 Chelena 🖤

@Catherine Robinson I feel your pain lovely...But at least you have something to invite people into that you can refine with their help

@Victoria Stackhouse sounds like a very familiar pattern...I like to start to seed sow at least a month out initially just talking to the pain point that the event solves and over that period ramping up to invite messaging. Good luck with your next launch...We are all just trying to figure things out lol
