Intro Nate
I’ve been failing to enforce the standard of having a standard and consistency. I don’t even post a lot but I drift on social media and can waste valuable time scrolling and occasionally commenting. What “locked in” looks like to me is consistent progress in the right direction and by right direction I mean no wasted effort. Every workout, every meal, every choice counts. To me, that how you build sustainable habits.

"Sustainable Habits," love that term. That's really the name of the game and what I'm seeking to develop as well.
INTRODUCTION: CHEIKH
2026 is the year of recapturing my discipline, maximizing my potential, and making the year count rather than counting the years passing by. The standard I have been failing to enforce is having the discipline to enforce my standards when the mood that I originally set it in has dissipated. I resonate with the example Intro Post because I'm the guy who's extremely productive when I am motivated, and there are no setbacks. When nobody is watching, the slightest inconvenience in how I feel or my schedule, and I convince myself the daily mission has failed, and it is best to "start over" the next day. This false pursuit of "perfection" gets in the way of progress. For the next 30 days, "locked in" looks like this: engaging with this community for accountability, a minimum of 4 workouts/week, no alcohol this month, and logging my diet in MyFitnessPal to track my protein intake for the first time ever.
