What’s the best way to take my SaaS product I just finished building on Monday and follow this new upgraded version just now coming out?

Once you get the early development, kinks ironed out - yes, I’d like to sell it (but you’ll need a full blown SUPPORT dept to service the affiliates and all the new buys they will sell …. If you guys can get a support nailed down for all the tech issues for non-techy people, they will feel much more comfortable, spending money with you and even higher up sells… Right now the support is not your strongest area.

@Jonathan Montoya a dedicated support dept to help people get unstuck without waiting a day or two later DM to show up (a decent software platform has got to help new buyers when they are actually taking action and building something) I realize timely support costs something but where you are now is not gonna work with the amount of new buyers you’re gonna bring in (it’s just gonna frustrate new buyers which will hurt future sales)
