@WD Brown linked his books already but I wanted to ditto starting with his books and share why that’s so valuable. TL;DR: Read the Bible & WD’s books and then just get started building your vision! ✨ 📖📓WD’s “Mindset Before Millions” books because they’ll really help to frame your success journey, help you clarify your why, and can help root out some stuff that could block success. 🪴If success were compared to a garden, reading his books is like starting with getting the soil/grow-medium right from the beginning so you can then grow whatever it is you’re planting (and if you’re not sure what you want, definitely read it—it can help if you already know and if you don’t know your big vision). ✅⏳ Be sure to do the workbook and take your time with those answers. The books are “quick reads” so you could finish them in a day if you wanted to do so, but the concepts have depth to them so taking time to stew to let those concepts marinade and reflect is definitely encouraged. 🔂 I’m planning to go back and read the book again actually. I got the digital versions of the book and workbook because I can make my devices read them out loud to me (side note: an audio version in WD’s voice would be pretty cool), and I also like to journal on my iPad, so digital works great (even for the workbook for me). 🐜🔍 After that, you may want to consider honing in on books/content related specifically to what you want to do/build (which you should have a clearer idea after WD’s books). But the biggest tip I could give is don’t get stuck on the hamster wheel of endless learning (without applying what you’ve learned)! ⚠️🛠️ You’ll learn and hone your mindset so much faster by ‘doing’ vs ‘studying.’ (I definitely kept falling into the studying/learning trap without consistently doing, so despite having learned SO much…I’m also in the just-getting-started-canoe 🛶.) There’s always more to learn, but you really don’t have to try to know it all before getting started (which would have been helpful for me to know when I was younger).
