Joining TAM has exceeded all my expectations. I hadn’t appreciated how important it would be to surround myself with such a supportive community of actors and mentors. I’ve thrown myself into the classes, challenges and opportunities and can genuinely see the difference in my growth, confidence and approach to the industry. TAM has given me a place to keep learning, keep challenging myself and most importantly, keep showing up. I’m very glad I took the leap and became part of it.
