Weekly Meeting
I hate to do this, but I’m going to have to postpone our weekly meeting (again!). Mr. Farmhouse lost his grandma last night. This wasn’t expected, but it wasn’t unexpected. She was 89 and had been declining over this last few weeks. My great-uncle is hospitalized after two falls in a few days. He is also 89 and has never been married, has no kids, etc — so we are his only family besides my grandma, his sister…who is 94 years old. ❤️‍🩹 And we just found out that Mr. Farmhouse’s dad (the one that needs the heart transplant) is back in the hospital with an infection. The last thing is that the funeral for our oldest’s skydiving tandem jumper is today. 💔 Please pray for all of these situations! We are gonna need to head somewhere to support someone today - just gotta figure out where! I’m officially on summer break and have begun to work on some more module videos! Hopefully I’ll have the next 3-4 modules posted soon! Love you all! ❤️🏡❤️

Oh goodness! So much at once. Praying for all of you!! ((Hugs)).
Sad day on the farm…
We had our first lamb lost on the farm late last night or early this morning. We think he got picked up by some sort of predatory bird (owl or hawk). Please pray for our Mattie girl. It’s part of farm life, but ugh! Doesn’t make it easy! 💔

Oh no! I was so hoping you’d find it. :( ((hugs)) for Mattie.
Almost Summer Break
This is my last week of work for the 2025-2026 school year! Starting Thursday at 11:30, I’ll be on my summer break (the last 3 weeks of July). Next week, we have Vacation Bible School. The following week, I travel with our youth group to Christ in Youth conference for a week. And then I have one week “off” before I go back to school on August 3rd. I’m going to work hard this week to get myself set up for success when I come back in August. And then I’m going to try hard to build in intentional rest over these next three weeks, while also finishing up my summer modules here on Skool! I truly think that will feed my soul! ❤️ Hope everyone had a safe holiday weekend! Praying for a blessed week for everyone! Thanks for being here! ❤️🏡❤️

Loved this message so much!! June was Rough! Between work, a water leak in the basement and no energy it was a lot. My goal for July is to keep my kitchen picked up and start on my bedroom ! Thanks for all you do Hannah. Very thankful for you. 💕
Working Through the Struggles
Hey friends! I'm just gonna be honest -- I've been on the struggle bus these last few weeks! Don't get me wrong...I have some good things going on -- the school year ended, I've made it 25 days into 75Hard (working out twice a day, drinking my water, making healthy eating choices), and Cristy cleaned for us last week (woohoo!). But the struggle is real! 🫠 Our air conditioner is out ($2800 to fix, so that's on HOLD). Our dishwasher is still out and Mr. Farmhouse keeps having to fix the washer. My car's AC is only working half the time. My phone has been giving me fits, so I need to be making videos for our next modules, but I keep running out of memory. Mattie's softball games keep getting canceled and rescheduled and canceled and rescheduled. And money is TIGHT! Today is a reset day for me. I'm not going to make it some big "turnaround" plan, but I am going to be intentional in doing some small things today that will set up my next week for success. I know that my life is not defined by some of these daily struggles. There are MUCH BIGGER PROBLEMS out there in this world and I cannot let the seeds of discouragement that satan plants to take root. I'm thankful for the eternal perspective that we have in Jesus! What's on your "to do" list for today? And what are you THANKFUL for???

I’ve felt this many times over the years as well. Sometimes it feels like every time we turn around there’s something waiting around the corner. Things will get better. Like Tammy said, I try to remember to look for the lesson in the hard times and push through to the blessings. ((Hugs))
