Dear Colleagues, I am writing to inform you of a recent security incident involving one of our carriers to serve as a critical warning for our network. While a driver was away, his email account was compromised. An unauthorized individual subsequently attempted to book loads using his MC number. We discovered the breach when a broker contacted us regarding a pickup that had never been scheduled. Although we immediately notified the affected brokers and have since recovered the email account, the impact has been significant. One broker has declined further business, and an identity alert was placed on our company via Highway. We have completed the necessary security protocols and are currently awaiting Highway’s response to remove the alert, which has delayed the carrier’s return to operations. This incident underscores the serious risks of identity theft in the transportation industry. To protect your business and reputation, please ensure your drivers implement the following preventive measures immediately: - Enable two-step verification (2FA). - Use an authenticator app. - Change passwords regularly. - Monitor accounts for suspicious activity. Prioritizing these security measures is essential to safeguarding the long-term survival of your company. MC Number
Good morning! I just want to confirm something. One of the videos mentioned that we wouldn’t need a MC number right away, but what if a carrier doesn’t want to add you on their MC even if you do pay them for it. Also, we wouldn’t have to ask each carrier we work for? I’m thinking that’s more money we’re paying monthly based on how many carriers we work with. Isn’t it sensible to get your own MC if you have more than one carrier? 🤔

Ive been driving a 26 foot box truck for 2 weeks and ive been trying to get my own loads but im having trouble getting any loads and the guy finding them for me is charging me 16% for every load man this isn't as easy as I thought it was gone to be

After reviewing this, I realized this is part is very technical. One mistake can mess up everything. Thankfully, we have this video and/or notes to come back to. I'm glad the videos are as specific as they are. This is the behind the scenes work that allows different emails and notifications to go out to leads and clients so make sure you pay close attention to this. There was one small thing I noticed in the video that I wanted to get some clarification on. At 33:10, Gurpreet deleted an email campaign. I wasn't certain if we needed to do that as well, or if you deleted it because you were just giving us the setup but didn't need to keep it in your personal account. @Gurpreet Gill do you mind clarifying this for me please?
