Dumbbell Box Squats (Beginner Friendly)
Here’s a quick leg day favorite of mine — Dumbbell Box Squats. They are great for glutes, hamstrings, and quads, and perfect if you’re new to lifting because the box helps keep your form tight. 👉 Start with bodyweight if you’re a beginner 👉 Add dumbbells when you’re ready 👉 3–4 sets of 10–12 reps per leg It’s all about control, not speed. Slow, quality reps beat rushing every time. 💭 Drop a comment below once you have tried this & let me know how your legs feel after 🔥 Accountability is everything!

Quick update — Days 5 & 6 catch-up
Evening team 👋 I got pulled into other bits and missed Day 5 (and most of today) So I have to apologize things come up in life as we all know, but don’t worry I’ve got you all covered. Catch up options this evening if you can and I appreciate it’s late so if this has to rollover into tomorrow and Monday so be it 👊🏼 A (tonight, 12–15 mins): 30s step jacks → 30s squats 30s plank → 30s rest × 4–5. Mindset🧠 one line — Today’s win is or was ? Money Move💰cancel one sub or list one item on Vinted/FB? B (weekend): Sat = Day 5, Sun = Day 6. PS: I’m filming short training videos like I mentioned previously I’ll start posting them in here soon as promised. Here’s a little clip of one of my morning routine hamstrings and glute exercises 👇🏼

Morning team, we are rolling into Day 2 of the Kickstart 🚀 Remember: 20 mins Movement l • 2-min Mindset • 1 Money Move. Let’s go 👇 Movement (20 mins) - 15 walking lunges (each leg) - 15 chair dips - 20 jumping jacks - 20 sit-ups➡️ Repeat x3 rounds at your pace. Mindset (2 mins) Close your eyes and breathe slowly. Prompt: What’s one small thing I can do today that will make tomorrow easier? Money Move (small win) Check your online banking today — move £5–£10 into savings. Future you will thank you for it 💰

Day 3 — 7-Day Mental Shift Kickstart
Good morning ladies and gents we are on Day 3 and I’m seeing movement which is great 👍🏼 let’s keep up this momentum and remember to please post your updates small wins big wins it doesn't matter because they all add up. So Today 👇🏼 1) 💪 Movement — 20 mins 5 rounds (45s on / 15s off): • Step-ups (chair/step) • Pike shoulder taps • Glute bridges • Dead bug • Side plank (Left) → Side plank (Right) Mods: swap anything for a brisk walk; do push-ups on a wall/bench if wrists/shoulders prefer. 2) 🧠 Mindset — 2 mins Write a quick Wins List (3 things going right). Tiny is fine. 3) 💷 Money Move — 1 tiny win DM one person a simple £15–£25 micro-service you can deliver in 24–48h (e.g., clean Canva banner / IG highlight covers / Story template). Script (paste) Hey! I’m doing a quick promo — I’ll design a clean Canva [banner/thumbnail/highlight covers] for £15 with 24-hour turnaround. Want one?
