Progress update from my partner, whoโ€™s been following the same simple principles I use with clients. No extremes. No crash dieting. No all-or-nothing approach. What we focused on โฌ‡๏ธ - structured training each week - better consistency with food - keeping things realistic and repeatable - sticking to the basics long enough to let them work This is a good reminder that most people do not need a more complicated plan. They need a plan they can actually follow consistently. Thatโ€™s where real progress comes from. What do you think holds most people back more lack of structure or lack of consistency?

Finally leveled up my setup this weekend new MacBook & the big boy monitor so I can run my business properly and stop editing everything on a tiny screen ๐Ÿ˜‚ Feels good getting more organised and building something real. I donโ€™t normally share stuff like this, but I think itโ€™s important to show whatโ€™s possible. ๐Ÿ“ธ The photo on the left is me years ago living day to day, not really thinking about my health, and just going through the motions. โžก๏ธ The photo on the right is after years of consistency, discipline, and small daily shifts that added up to something bigger and the other so of me present day age 38 and still in relatively good shape. This isnโ€™t about being lucky๐Ÿ€ or having better genetics than anyone else. Itโ€™s about choosing to commit, even on the days you donโ€™t feel like it. If I can make this change, thereโ€™s absolutely no reason why you canโ€™t too. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Iโ€™d love to hear from you, whatโ€™s one change (big or small) youโ€™ve made recently that youโ€™re proud of? Dumbbell Box Squats (Beginner Friendly)
Hereโ€™s a quick leg day favorite of mine โ€” Dumbbell Box Squats. They are great for glutes, hamstrings, and quads, and perfect if youโ€™re new to lifting because the box helps keep your form tight. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Start with bodyweight if youโ€™re a beginner ๐Ÿ‘‰ Add dumbbells when youโ€™re ready ๐Ÿ‘‰ 3โ€“4 sets of 10โ€“12 reps per leg Itโ€™s all about control, not speed.
