Hi everyone, #1 - My name is Charlotta and I'm from Sweden. I'm some form of multi-entrepreneur - hairdresser, accountant, seller, coach (in the areas of ACT, nutrion, stress/burnout, breathwork, lymphatic disorders, ADHD etc) yogainstructor and probably a few more things. #2 - My biggest struggle is (although I'm educated in this area) to remember to use the exercises myself. I have a history of burnout and anxiety, and I KNOW how important it is, but still... I've had a really stressful time the last month, and now I'm in total need of putting myself first. This forum might be the thing to get me going 😊 #3 - I'm not 100% fluent in English 😅 Which You might already noticed... 😂
