Hey there, I’m Charlie and currently living in Finland. I’m hoping to find some advice on how to lose stubborn core weight. I’m strong with progressive overload but can’t seem to lose core fat. I’m currently at 21%. My diet is good. No cheating and nothing wrong with it. Any tips or advice
