🔥 Forget the ice cream! Try this instead! I was walking through Walmart and came across these Chomps mini stick packs. Immediately thought these would be perfect for you recruits heading out on station visits! Here’s why 👇 We’ve all heard about bringing ice cream to the station, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. But here’s the problem. You have to stop at the store before your visit, grab the ice cream, and now you’re on a time clock before it starts melting. Especially during those hot summer months! Here’s another option! Call the station early in the morning, introduce yourself, and see if there’s an opportunity to stop by for a station visit. Once you get the green light, grab a couple packs of these babies and head over! ✅ No refrigeration needed ✅ No worrying about anything melting ✅ Easy to keep in your vehicle ✅ Convenient snack for the crew ✅ Something different from the usual ice cream or donuts Remember recruits, it’s not about what you bring. It’s about the effort you put into showing up, introducing yourself, asking good questions, and building relationships. Always call ahead, respect the crew’s time, and show up prepared! 🔥 NOW LET’S HEAR FROM YOU GUYS! How’s everyone doing this week? Have any of you made it out for station visits? Any interviews, written exams, CPAT/Biddle testing, or applications submitted? Let’s hear about your wins AND losses this week! 💪 What went well? What didn’t go as planned? What did you learn? Don’t be afraid to share the setbacks either. That’s how we learn from each other, improve, and continue moving forward. Drop your updates in the comments! Let’s keep each other accountable and help each other get hired! YOU GO, WE GO! 🤙🏽 🔥 OWN YOUR SHIFT
