This July, after Masters nationals I decided I needed to make a deliberate change ; I would continue to train with intent, but felt that at 48 I needed additional daily and weekly focus on my mobility and or quality of movement. I have been a paid member for around 2 months now, and am very pleased with how my body feels. I enjoy working with Brian immensely. He is knowledgable, responsive, kind, and exceedingly supportive, as is the community that his membership supports.

I very much enjoy working with Eric. He helped me develop a simple, digestable, and achievable plan for improving my throws, game IQ, and footwork on both sides of the ball. He does a great job of providing feedback to video- His work helped me make a significantly more meaningful on field contribution throughout the season and at Masters Nationals last month.
