Hey guys, I’m Charles, new here! I am currently a sales rep for a tobacco company, studied marketing in college. I’ve always been interested in investing in RE and slowly starting build capital to do so (student loans suck lol). I’m eager to learn more about investing and also meet new people who have the same passion. One thing stopping me from starting now is the fear of having loans/debt or the “what ifs” along with not having much capital/network in this industry, and would like to get past those fear and get started.
