I agree. You must create the traction you want by pushing yourself to achieve at the level you desire. The wheel doesn’t roll until it has the momentum behind it. Once rolling the speed in which it rolls is so much easier. Get through the first spin and the rest history.

Change is hard
I am working the first Sunday I’ve worked in 12 years. This will be different, but this will make me understand that even in a tenured situation things do change. Prepare for the change by accepting and understanding that all change isn’t bad.
