Tips on Overwhelming
I just got onboarded yesterday. All the training has just started in a whole new environment. Because of the time zone, I have all the training in the range of 1 am to 9am weekly. I'm so excited for the journey ahead, and I am freaking love learning about sales, so it doesn't hurt. But att the same time I started to feel super overwhelmed. Do you have any tips or advice???? I'd appreciate any insights;))) Thank you!

my dayyyys 1am- It's amazing that you're driven to learn more about sales. When you say you feel overwhelmed, in what way exactly? For me, being overwhelmed is either a component of under preparation or overestimation. If I prepare a breakdown of what needs to be done and how I'll do it into manageable blocks then it's less overwhelming. If I already have a plan and I still feel that way then I'm overthinking and need to chill lol. Amazing stuff so far.
