calixpert

I started with FOUR calisthenic apps at the same time. Dropped the other three within a week. I love the progressions, the video demos and the verbal explanations. I started at different difficulties across the skills, and yet there was a place for me to start right where I was. Ain't no cookie cutter plans here…There are great folks who are further along that can help with answers and encouragement, and finally Daniel & Malin make themselves available to keep everyone’s momentum rolling!
