I’m on a journey of faith & fitness … working to build strength, balance, & discipline while honoring God with my body. 2️⃣ Biggest wellness challenge: My biggest challenge right now is overcoming lethargy from being inactive & managing emotional & impulse eating. 3️⃣ First weekly goal: This week my goal is to create a consistent movement routine, resuming my morning walks for starts. Hopefully short daily evening workouts.
