We discussed the rapidly growing Hungarian Ayurveda community, the new Ayurveda hospital being developed in ISKCON’s Krishna Valley, the inspiring support of the Krishna Valley community, the growing collaboration with the Embassy of India in Budapest, and our vision of establishing Hungary as a leading European hub for Ayurveda in the heart of Europe. Just a little update so we can keep in touch! I’m spending my summer vacation doing something quite radical—turning off my devices (yes, really! 😅), getting out into nature as much as possible 🌲☀️, and enjoying precious time with my family ❤️. I hope you’re able to do the same. After all, we can only be of real service to others when we’re healthy, balanced, and taking care of ourselves first. Don’t worry, though—I haven’t disappeared! 😉 This little digital detox won’t last forever, and I’ll be back before you know it.
