It's exciting, stressful, and can be extremely isolating to be an Online Coach, not only are you sitting and staring through a screen all day, but you also have no in-office collogues. This is by design. Coaching inside a Collaborative give "Life Work" the support required to give every day the best shot you have of transforming the world, one client at a time. Coaching in a collaborative means I am not the only leader, and there are other leaders open to sharing these spaces and leading the charge inside of the training and development you are doing. Pluto in Aquarius invites us to circle up, have Purpose as a focus, and see what can be created by opening spaces of Support, Advocacy, and Mediation.
