Currently, I have 10 acres in Michigan (Upper Peninsula) that I eventually intend to use for a family compound.

When filling out the Property Purchase Application and it says reason of interest and you choose other. What do you write in the box for the reason? Do you say to flip the property or to have second home?? I'm not sure what to say. Thank you in advance!
