I have emailed the legislation and representatives in North Carolina about my situation. Something is going on with misinformation and fraud involving my disability and benefits. I know the rules but it's looking like my social security office in my area is basing their decision to terminate my disability by misinformation about employment, and making false accusations about my mental health and disabilities. Im facing eviction and losing my car because of their delinquencies in finding the truth. I will not stop fighting.

70 years old and on SS and Medicaid. Recently discovered I'm the beneficiary of a small term life insurance policy of someone who recently passed away. I've left message for caseworker but nobody gets back to me. I need to know the correct way and timing I should report this in order to stay in compliance with Medicaid rules. Do you know if I should turn in the paperwork to the insurance company before notifying Medicaid or after I receive the payout? Thanks for any info.
