Good morning everyone, Meeting this morning at Thornlands Community Park, Thornlands at 9:30am I'll likely be set up under some shade in the middle of the playground See you all there 🤍

▫️ Please arrive 10 minutes early for a 8am start, there will a few details P3 has to grab before we go in. ▫️ This will be a kid-free morning so everyone can properly relax and unwind. ▫️ Please bring: • Water bottle • Comfortable swimwear or something suitable for the sauna and magnesium pools • A towel • Spare clothes to change into afterwards ▫️ Address is: P3 Recovery, 1-15 Lexington rd, Springwood. ❗️ Important: Make sure you get into the left hand service lane when you come onto Lexington rd, there's a chemist warehouse on the left side, there's red paint on the road, follow the red painted line, it will take you to a set of lights next to Taco Bell then do a u turn onto another one way rd and turn left into the car park labeled 'The Centre'. If you don't turn in the correct lane it'll take you onto the motorway and it'll be a pain 😂 If you haven't already let me know that'll you'll be attending, please let me know ASAP by commenting or sending me a message 🤍

Morning everyone, Meeting at Mt Cotton Community Park this morning at 9:30am, parking is just off Valley way, I've attached a map for easiest parking to get to the park! I'll be running about 45 mins late as Vera has an appointment at 9 but everyone seems to know each other faces now I'm certain you'll find each other, please welcome new faces! See you all soon 🤍
