It stood out to me that although he had been in the industry many years and owned many companies he was not well skilled at housing veterans and securing section 8 clients. He reached out to you to help fill vacant units with these clients. He had the doors you had the veterans and expertise to fill the units. You exceeded his expectations. He was paid for housing these type of clients via government programs and you probably were paid as the leasing agent.

I’d love to consult as well. I was a licensed Realtor here in Illinois. I moved to Georgia and let it expire. I’m looking to get my license again under Thecowboyofrealeste. Funny you recently mentioned him on one of your lives! Confirmation that I am a good judge of MY people and on the right path!

He retired HOMELESS after 37 years of service
How would you have housed him? 11 Months HOMELESS. HOMELESS. HOMELESS He was in motels and timeshares, brothers home temporarily then back to extended stays. VA still considers this HOMELESS! It is. I housed him 2 times when he was introduced to me to be his Realtor. Why no other Realtor in 11 months?
