Coach Chané's 7-Day C.O.R.E. Accountability Pod / 8 June
Welcome to my accountability pod. I AM Coach Chané 👋 This post will be our group check-in space for the 7-Day C.O.R.E. Nervous System Reset. For the next seven days, we are not trying to fix everything at once. We are slowing down, becoming more aware, and taking one honest step at a time. Please comment below with: 1. What made you join the C.O.R.E. reset? 2. What part of your life feels most demanding right now? Use this post for your daily reflections, questions, wins, and progress check-ins. This helps me keep everything organised and makes it easier for me to track, support, and prioritise everyone inside this pod. No pressure to be perfect. Just show up honestly. Comment below 👇

@Bhea Steyn That awareness is already such a powerful step — noticing where you normally push through instead of pausing to acknowledge what you feel. Taking a breath after a rush may seem small, but it teaches your body that it is safe to slow down, even for a moment. One small step forward is still movement forward. Keep choosing that breath, one moment at a time 🌿

Congratulations! You completed the 7-Day C.O.R.E. Nervous System Reset 🧬 Over the last seven days, you slowed down, noticed your emotions, recognised patterns, listened to your body and chose one small win. This was not the full journey. It was the map before the journey. The next step is the full 12-Week Nervous System Reset Program, where you continue with more structure, coaching, support and practical tools. Question: Are you ready to keep building from what you noticed this week? Comment "CORE READY" below if you want the next step 🐦‍🔥

@Adri Van Staden Hi Adri, thank you for sharing this so honestly 🫂 I’m so sorry for the loss and pain you’ve had to carry. Going through a divorce and losing your dad in the same year is a lot for one heart and nervous system to process. What you’re describing makes so much sense — feeling emotionally shut down, constantly stressed, up and down, and stuck in the same repeating patterns. Sometimes we don’t lose ourselves all at once; we slowly disconnect from who we are because we’ve been in survival mode for so long. The fact that you are here and able to name this is already a powerful first step. You don’t have to restart your whole life all at once. For now, we start small: one pause, one breath, one honest moment of awareness at a time. You are not broken, Adri. You are finding your way back to yourself, slowly and gently 🌿

The person I am becoming is someone who moves through life with audacity and courage, while remaining compassionate and kind towards myself and others! 💥🫶
The strongest woman can suffer from burnout and is unaware
Many women are not struggling because they lack strength. They are struggling because they have been strong for too long. Carrying careers.Supporting families.Managing responsibilities.Holding everything together. The problem is not capability. The problem is the weight of constant pressure without enough space to recover, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. The answer is not to push harder. It is to lead yourself differently. Because true strength is not about carrying more. It is about carrying what matters without losing yourself in the process. #WomenInLeadership #SelfLeadership #PersonalGrowth #ExecutiveCoaching

Who am I
Hi everyone, my name is Justin from Cape Town. I'm a health and wellness coach (past 2 yrs), and recently go into the area on men's transformation and self-mastery Why I chose this niche is because Ive struggled for over a decade with what I help men with now. So, combining my skills, passions, knowledge, and lived experience and my personal transformation - Going from drifting through life, caught in cycles of destructive habits and addictions for 10+ years. I knew there was more to me than my life at that time would suggest. I felt guilty for wasting my potential and letting many great opportunities slip by. I came to realize I was the problem and the constant variable in all the negative situations I got myself into. And that was the change in mindset that began my own personal development journey, and led me to want to help other men do the same I'm glad I found this community on skool, after completing SOL Life Coaching certification about a year ago. I look forward to learning and growing alongside all the coaches in here, so that we can all serve our people better.
