What I learned by doing this I typically gravitate towards discipline but there are other values that energizes me like being flexible with dealing with any situation. I tend to analyze everything before taking any action and that helps me with adjusting towards the desired outcome from any situation.
Day 1
What I learned from this exercise is that while there are several core values able to identify the North Star based on what energizes made it real and powerful.
