One thing I’ve noticed about YouTube automation is that many people think the hardest part is just starting a channel. But once you begin, you realize there are several moving parts—finding the right niche, researching content ideas, scripting, editing, thumbnails, and staying consistent. It really becomes more of a system-building process than just uploading videos. What’s interesting is that everyone seems to struggle with different parts of the process.
