Hello all, For those that have a LLC through a registered agent. What proof can we ask the agent to provide us to make sure that the end of year filings have been successfully submitted?

Change Registered Agent Address

James shared a WyomingAgents .com in one of his videos and I was wondering what I'd need to do to be able to change my Registered Agent address to one provided by Wyoming Registered Agent Services LLC. Also, should I wait till I get this address changed out before I attempt to set up my bank account?

Bear in mind though that your new RA needs to give you a form confirming his acceptance and you need to snail mail it to Cheyenne, WY
