Hydration… how much is enough?
Now that it is way hotter outside water is super refreshing and we find ourselves drinking more. But is just water enough? The quick answer is no. If every time we are drinking water we have to go pee every 15 mins, our body is hardly absorbing what we are putting in at all. That’s where electrolytes come in. Electrolytes like salt magnesium and potassium have incredible benefits and at least 70% of us are not getting enough. They help bring the water into our cells and help us feel and keep us more hydrated. What’s your favorite electrolyte powder or drink? 💪🏻

Redmond Re-Lyte. I use it in my water when I am at the gym and then in at least one other water bottle during the day. Been doing this for a while now. Works great!!
