First of all, I miss you all! I hope everyone is doing well. I always wanted to make the Skool community super active and reach beyond the members of Flow State. However, I never had the time. I am missing community and I am going to try and build one up. Therefore, I am going to revamp this community and begin inviting people from all over to join a this community and participate in all sorts of things (calls, discussions, and more). A big aspect of the community will still be Jiu Jitsu. So I want to keep the classes we built in here. I will be discussing Jiu Jitsu but also a bunch of other life aspects as well. If you do not want to be part of it, I completely understand. However, I would love to have you all stay part of it! So in the next couple weeks I will be doing a name change and a rebrand of the community . Thanks everyone!

Flow State not only was the best in every category. We also have the best ratio of gold medals AND the best win to loss ratio! I’m so freaking proud! Look at who we are!!! We have come so far and it’s thanks to all of you! YOU GUYS make up the best gym in town! Not only are we sending an army to these events. We are also sending the best warriors. The quality of each one of our students is remarkable. I can’t even believe it. However, it makes me believe in our methods. Hard work and discipline. Consistency and resiliency. High values and strong virtues. There is another affiliate that has THREE schools all competing under the same name and they aren’t even close to what we did. And these other schools have been around many years longer than us. We built this in a fraction of the time. It’s incredible. You all should be so proud!!!
