Introduce Yourself — Name, City, Years Cutting
We're growing every week — time to put names and cities to the room. Drop a comment below with three things: your name, your city, and how long you've been cutting hair. I'll read every single one.

@Sean Milliner Welcome in, Sean. Ten years behind the chair and a fresh start in Florida. You're in the right room to keep growhing.

@Jaquan Dawson Welcome in, Jaquan. Starting school and learning from people ahead of you first is a smart move — glad you're here.
Ask Chad — Drop Your Questions
Real questions, real answers — no fluff. Post your question below. Pricing. Positioning. Going mobile. Client experience. Whatever you're building through — bring it. The best questions set the room.

@Ben Johnson When your rebooks can carry the rent on their own — steady clients asking for you by name, not the chair. Keep sharpening your cuts now so the leap feels easy when you're ready.

@Ben Johnson Real talk — yes, get to the rebooking point at Diesel first. That book-building system is what fills a chair anywhere, so land in Tampa already knowing how to do it. But don't wait until you move to start Tampa: start building now. Post every cut with Tampa hashtags (#tampabarber, #tampahairstylist), engage with Tampa barbers and shops, and study the affluent areas — Hyde Park, South Tampa, Davis Islands, Harbour Island, Westshore, Carrollwood — so you're planting in the neighborhoods where your clientele already lives instead of starting cold.

I am beyond excited to have you all here. This community is built for the rebels, the grinders, and the service providers who are tired of the traditional "chair-rent" grind and want to build a six-figure business on their own terms. Whether you’re already hitting the road with a mobile unit or you’re looking to transition out of the shop, you’re in the right place. To kick things off and get the energy flowing, I want to hear from you! Drop a comment below and let’s get to know the crew: - The Intro: Who are you, where are you holding it down, and what’s your #1 goal for your business this year? - The Setup: Post a photo of your current "office"—whether it's a luxury mobile van, a suite, or even just your favorite travel kit. We want to see your workspace! - The Tools: If you were stranded on a desert island and could only bring one pair of clippers, which ones are you grabbing? ✂️ - The Inspiration: Who is one barber or business mogul that changed the way you look at the game? Let’s build something massive together. Don't be shy—introduce yourself and let's get to work!

@Caleb John — The biggest mistake is undercharging: pricing like you're still in the shop while delivering vering a premium, on-demand service. Know what your time costs, price for it, and don't negotiate against yourself.
