Communal Healing Hour-*correction* coming soon. New Date Monday 1/13 6-7pm.
A recurring online healing container for people seeking healing and restoration. Healing requires community and witness. We will learn about various healing modalities, practice grounding, communal sharing, and leave time for a QnA. Our focus will be on building internal safety for the first few weeks. Folks with Long covid, POTS, ME, fibromyalgia, chronic Lyme, Chronic pain- This is a space where I will attempt to share so-called “alternative healing” paradigms on how to understand and possibly heal from complex chronic illnesses.

Update
Hi all. I had to rush to India cause my father had a health issue. Things are settling down now and so I wanted to update yall. This event had forced me to confront some of my deepest fears and childhood traumas. I broke down multiple times. My practices did help me integrate and listen to my body. I feel I've released and processed stuff which was buried so deep. And am feeling more motivated than ever to hold more workshops and start offering one on one somatic healing and a virtual container (1-3 months) to share what I've learned and what helped me heal. Insomnia
Ok, so insomnia is complicated. There are many different types of insomnia according to TCM. And yes, herbs can help, and I will make a separate post on that.
