🤔🥰Curious Have You Considered...
For years I thought the goal of a podcast was listeners. More downloads. More subscribers. More reach. And don't get me wrong... I love seeing the numbers grow. But eventually I realized something important: Listeners aren't the goal. Conversations are. Because listeners can love your show and never take another step. They can listen every week and never join your community. Never subscribe. Never become a client. Never even tell you they're there. What changed everything for me was connecting my podcast to the rest of my ecosystem. Over the last 30 days I've welcomed: 💜 470 new Substack subscribers 💜 100 new community members 💜 15 new paying clients Not because I suddenly got more downloads. (I've had over 1.1 million of them) Because I got better at creating a path for listeners who wanted more. That's the part nobody talks about. The podcast isn't the destination. It's the beginning of the relationship. The real question isn't: "How do I get more listeners?" The real question is: "What do I want my podcast to do for my business?" 💜 Attract clients? 💙 Build community? 💜 Sell products? 💙 Create partnerships? Because each of those requires a different strategy. That's exactly why I'm hosting the Podcast Profit Path Finder Challenge. A free 3-day workshop where we'll figure out what role your podcast should actually play in the business you're building. 📅 June 23-25 ⏰ 10:00 AM Mountain Time Register here: https://hartlifecoach.com/podcast-profit-path-finder After you register, leave a comment and tell me: What job do you want your podcast to do for your business? 🎙️

1.1 million downloads? For the same podcast? That’s a lot!
Are You on Substack Yet?
📬 Drop Your Substack Below! I'm curious... who here is publishing on Substack? 👀 Share your Substack URL in the comments and tell us a little about what you write, create, teach, or talk about. If you're already on Substack, this is a great chance to discover other creators, make connections, and find new publications to follow. And if you've heard of Substack but haven't really explored it yet... A lot of people think it's "just a newsletter." I thought that at first too. 😄 But it's actually a publishing platform, podcast host, community builder, blogging platform, email marketing tool, and audience growth engine all rolled into one. You can write articles. 🎙️ Host a podcast. 💬 Connect through Notes. 📧 Build an email list. 🤝 Create community. 💰 Even monetize your content. No website required. So whether you're already publishing, just getting started, or simply wondering what all the fuss is about... 👇 Drop your Substack link below (or tell us what questions you have about Substack). Let's discover some amazing creators together!

What if everything is FOR me?
Why people aren’t clicking Join Group (even when your group is good)
If your Skool group isn’t growing, the reason is often already visible. Quick follow-up for Skool owners here 👋 Recently I shared Skool Check — a focused About page review that answers one question only: Would a real visitor confidently click “Join Group”? I’ve now completed 5 real, public reviews across very different Skool groups — and a clear pattern is emerging: 👉 Most About pages don’t lose joins because they’re bad 👉 They lose joins because one small thing isn’t clear I’m opening 5 more free reviews to round this out to 10 solid examples. What you get (free): - Scores across 5 join-decision signals - The single biggest hesitation stopping joins - One highest-impact fix - A clear verdict: Converts / Leaky / Doesn’t Convert Why public? Reviews live inside Skool Check as examples — which also means extra visibility for your group to other Skool owners and it makes a great resource for people new to building Skool groups to learn. Best fit: - Live Skool groups - Finished About pages (not drafts) - Owners who want clarity, not fluff ✅ To submit: Comment with your About page URL. By commenting, you’re confirming you’re okay with a public review and it being used as an example. Taking the first 5 that fit, so don't hesitate. (If you’re planning to tighten your About page in the New Year , Skool Check makes an awesome “before” snapshot and gives you a starting point). Thanks to those people who already offered to take part I appreciate it and your reviews are inside Skool Check - Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 🎉 Example below ⬇️

I’m in the process of pivoting my offer and updated my About Page. I was still planning on doing a quick video to add to it, but other than that, it’s good to go. https://www.skool.com/x-factor-for-coaches/about
