I hope everyone is doing well! The time y'all have been waiting for is getting closer! I wanted to have the chance to update you all regarding the courses. I am hoping to shoot the first course towards the end of this week and have the chance to upload it for everyone here by the end of next week! Having a week of counting my macros definitely is a change in eating habits. I am learning the foods that I take in of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. It’s a start of learning the things I should be eating and not eating for a healthier way of living. I struggled a couple times with nighttime snacks. Need to control that for sure. Almost a full week done and looking forward to learning more and getting better at my macros my second week.
