That could not have been the problem - you are getting the order of operations wrong... the platform was giving the wrong answers 1st - I realized it and then tried to see if I could fix it by adding the additional social media links... NOT the other way around - as in... results were fine- ".... we just decided to play around with something we have no idea about - and break it for no reason - I really don't have that kind of time.... - so I made the video to show you - the chat was rolled out onto my site and was giving the right answers and all of the sudden this stopped and it was giving random answers - see picture 1 -.... there is no Marcus Lee that runs a company called intersearchmedia started in 2008 - there is no Nadia Odunayo that runs a company called intersearchmedia - these answers are just wrong - and these results came BEFORE we added the social media links - I made it clear in the loom video that it was broken so I was adding the social media links to try and fix it... otherwise we were fine with the fixed product the way it was.... my coworker @Holden Glass was on the phone the whole time when this happened...the screenshots are his
