@Marie Kiovsky , your English is good. Don't let the school voice in your head tell you it isn't. Here's why it fell apart with ChatGPT. You taught it in a chat. Memory drifts, models get updated, and one day your voice is gone. The fix is to stop teaching it in conversation and put your voice in a file. How I'd do it: 1. Pull together 5 to 10 things you wrote in Swedish, plus the English versions you actually liked. 2. Ask Claude: "Read these and write me a voice profile. Sentence length, rhythm, the words I reach for, what I never do." 3. Take that profile and paste it into a Claude Project as the project instructions. Do every translation inside that Project from now on. 4. Add one rule at the top: translate the meaning, not the words. Keep my sentence length. Don't smooth me out. 5. Ask for two versions each time. One close to the Swedish, one natural English. You pick. 6. When it gets a line wrong, tell it why, then add that note to the profile. That profile is the piece ChatGPT never had. It's a file you own, not a memory that quietly resets on you. The flat, boring thing usually happens because the model is translating word by word and polishing as it goes. Tell it not to. Tell it you'd rather sound like yourself than sound correct. Want me to run a short session on this in the community? I think a few women here need the same thing. Thanks for pointing this out so I can also create videos for moms whose schedules may not align with when I am live.
