Collective Evasion
When truth unsettles a community, we often protect our image instead of confronting what hurts. But unaddressed GRIEF doesn’t disappear — it transfers, quietly shaping the next generation. Healing begins the moment we choose truth over avoidance. #GRIEFTalk #CollectiveEvasion #TruthOverSilence #UnaddressedGRIEF #HealingBegins

Choose Your Witnesses Carefully
GRIEF and trauma have a way of making you long to talk to somebody— to ease the pressure, to breathe again, to feel less alone inside due to what has just shattered your life. We reach out to others because isolation feels cruel. But vulnerability, while honest, is not neutral. Not everyone who asks, “Are you okay?” is asking out of care and concern. Some are gathering context. Some are collecting fragments. Some are listening for what can be repeated, reshaped, or used when your back is turned and your defenses are down. This is not cynicism. It is wisdom learned the hard way. You are not required to tell your whole story while you are still bleeding. You are not obligated to make your pain legible to people who have never protected you. Privacy is not deceit. Discernment is not coldness. Boundaries are how GRIEF survives without becoming spectacle. Speak—but choose your witnesses. Heal—but do not hand your wounds to those who have not proven they can hold them without harm. Some people deserve your truth. Others only deserve your distance. — GRIEF Talk™ Where Silence Ends and Healing Begins Engage with us and join the conversation: www.GRIEFxTalk.com GRIEF Talk UNFILTERED www.YouTube.com/@GRIEFxTalk https://feeds.buzzsprout.com/2515323.rss

The Two “Day Afters” of GRIEF Pertaining to Death
There isn’t just one “day after” a death. There are two. One after the death. One after the service. The second is often where GRIEF gets heavier — not because you’re weak, but because the support is gone. You’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re human. Mother of an Angel in the sky. No one knows that pain more than a parent. I created Grief In Full to Honor My Daughter taken too soon.
