šŸ“š Teachable Tuesday: Energy Drinks 🄤
Let’s Talk… Walk into any store and this is what you see, rows of ā€œenergy,ā€ ā€œzero sugar,ā€ and ā€œperformanceā€ drinks. They all look good… but not all of them are good for you. So if you’re going to grab one, let’s do it smarter šŸ‘‡šŸ½ ⚔ Top 5 Better Choices 1. Alani NuLow calorie, no sugar, moderate caffeine šŸ‘‰ Good everyday option 2. CelsiusNo sugar, lighter feel, marketed for metabolism šŸ‘‰ Good pre-workout alternative 3. Bucked UpMore performance-based, good for training šŸ‘‰ Best for workout days 4. Gorilla MindGreat for focus + mental clarity šŸ‘‰ Good for long work or training days 5. Prime (occasionally)Tastes good, no sugar šŸ‘‰ High caffeine—easy to overdo šŸ‘‰ Not an everyday go-to āš ļø What to Watch • Multiple energy drinks a day • Using them instead of food or sleep • Choosing based on flavor instead of function šŸŽÆ Bottom LineEnergy drinks are a tool, not a lifestyle. If you’re using them: āœ”ļø Keep it to 1 per day āœ”ļø Pair it with real food + water āœ”ļø Use it with intention (workout or long day) šŸ’¬ Drop below: What’s your go-to energy drink right now? I’ll tell you if it’s a yes… or we need to upgrade it šŸ’ŖšŸ½

I don’t necessarily drink any energy drinks, but my friend turned me onto this new pre-workout that has boosted my energy to the next level. MOTHER BUCKERSšŸ’ŖšŸ½
Happy Sunday, ladies šŸ¤Ž
Checking in, today is a reset day. A chance to realign, refocus, and get it right going into the new week. I had a full morning with clients, and I just want to make sure everyone is feeling good, grounded, and ready. If you need anything from me, you already know, reach out. Let’s get intentional about this week: • Plan your workouts (at least 3–4 days) • Prep or map out your meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) • Don’t skip meals—fuel your body properly • Prioritize protein in your meals Remember, supplements are secondary. They’re there to support, not replace real food. Science consistently shows that whole food protein supports better satiety, muscle maintenance, and overall metabolic health, especially as we get 30+ and beyond. For my women 30 and up: This is the phase where structure matters more than ever. We’re focusing on maintaining muscle, supporting hormones, and staying consistent, not perfect. Small habits done daily will always outperform random effort.

@Tia Robertson NutritionšŸ’Æ% I’ve been a consistent Gym Girlie for years however, my nutrition has been my biggest problem for a while now. However, a meal prepped on yesterday for two days and this afternoon I’m gonna go by the grocery store do a little shopping and prepare my meal for the rest of the week.

@Tia Robertson I’m focusing on smaller portions, more protein and no sugar! Whew that sugar thing is a challenge but all my life I had to fight. LOL that’s exactly how I feel about this weight loss journey. Also increasing my water intake.
This is what my ā€œday offā€ looked like.
Almost 18,000 steps. Multiple workouts. Movement all day. And no… it’s not because I have extra time. It’s because I make the time. My life is full. Full time job. Personal training clients. A college student. This community that I pour into because I genuinely care. And I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. So when I tell you consistency matters… I’m not guessing. I live it. Some days are packed like this. Some days I rest. Some days I don’t get my nap (and I don’t play about my naps šŸ˜…). But what doesn’t change is this: I make sure I show up for myself. Because as women, we give a lot. To our kids. To our families. To everyone else. But if you don’t pour back into yourself, eventually you’ll feel it. So this is your reminder: Take care of you too. Move your body. Fuel yourself right. Build your foundation. Everything else comes after that. And if you decide to try anything extra, make sure it’s aligned with you and cleared for you… not just because someone else is doing it. I’m always evolving, always learning, always getting better so I can give better. Now I want to hear from you šŸ‘‡šŸ¾ What did your day look like today or yesterday…. Did you show up for yourself?
This is what my ā€œday offā€ looked like.

@Tia Robertson I haven’t forgotten about you. I just started wearing my watch today. I’m gonna post it as soon as my day ends this afternoon.šŸ¤žšŸ¾ thanks for holding me accountablešŸ«¶šŸ½

@Tia Robertson let me start by saying thank you for encouraging me to put my watch back on and as you can see the inconsistency that I have to remember to put it on because I forgot a couple of days. Today I was intentional about moving more and I got a workout in. However, I was on the stairmaster for 20 minutes and I guess it doesn’t record those steps. I’m not sure but I’m showing up this week for me.
