Hello!
I have been dealing with low ferritin and all that comes with that (hair loss, fatigue, cold hands and feet) for well over a year now without support from my PCP. Honestly, they aren't even concerned with my ferritin at 11. So I began supplementing on my own. Well, it seems that my gut does not like iron supplements and now I am dealing with very low appetite, unwanted weight loss, and daily digestive discomfort. Life has been extremely stressful for the last year to boot. I am hoping to get some understanding and support and see if I can make some adjustments and get my health in a better place. Grateful for this space to learn and support others!

I take Blood Builder supplement that I get from Amazon. My ferritin is 37 but I feel that although a normal level, it is low. This also might be that I donate blood frequently since there is always a need for O Neg type. This supplement helps keep my hgb up.
Introduction
Hi, my name is Cecelia. I am from mid Missouri. I am 65 and still working 12 hours night shifts at local hospital. I know this also contributes to my feeling tired all the time. So it is a little difficult decoding what all is going on for me. I hope to get some insights to feel more productive on my days off.

I am surprised this is mostly thyroid 80% and 20% cortisol. I took it twice and the results were the same.
