Transformation Tuesday: Jennibeth dropped 6% BF in 2 months
Thanks for sharing your success @Jennibeth Robles-Velez ! By all accounts, she was already in pretty good shape before she started. But she knew she was capable of more and refused to settle for "good enough" or "this is just how it is." Jennibeth worked out and ate clean for two years, but her body fat (and belly fat) didn't budge. She was doing everything right - but nothing was working. Thankfully, her friend @Yarizel Rodriguez told her about our program. Epigenetic hormone alignment and alignment with her God Source, "authentic health blueprint," were the missing components of her success. During our two months of progress together... Jennibeth: Spent a few days visiting a friend in Puerto Rico Went on a week-long Disney cruise with her family, Went on a concert trip to Charlotte, and had family visiting for a week Plus, she is getting through a stressful work training this week! And she is planning on going on another concert trip next week. Life happens for all of us. By taking aligned actions and prioritizing our spiritual and epigenetic alignment, we can create different outcomes with the same amount of effort we used to put in. Everyone's journey is different, but there is one thing that we all have in common: We have the power to control our hormones, our epigenetics, and our metabolism. Everything starts with spirit. aka (Soul, Essence, Source, God, etc.) Aligning with our GoD Source accelerates aligning our health. Quantum mechanics proves this to be true. Spiritual leaders like Jesus, Mohammed and Buddha have been saying this all along. Now science proves they're right! Lighten Your Spirit --> Lighten Your Body. This is Energy Coherence and Belief Biology (both will be covered in the upcoming Epigenetic Empowerment workshop) taking place at the end of this month. Remember: comparing ourselves to others takes us out of alignment with GoD Source. But celebrating others and using their success as inspiration helps us to align more.

Walking Through The Desert
Last week, I spent two days walking through the desert trails in Moab, Utah. It was a powerful experience. It’s true what they say: the desert is hot and dry. But when you look for it, the desert is full of light. Walking through the desert was illuminating. I walked through the desert with a beautiful woman with beautiful intentions. I didn’t walk alone. This was new to me. I’ve been walking through the desert alone for the past five years. Not the desert of Moab, I’ve been walking through the desert of my mind. Maybe you can relate... Five years ago, my life started crumbling. My successful gym business started failing. Caring more about financial success, I lost sight of my mission. My marriage was falling apart I cared more about meeting my needs than showing up as my best self. I relapsed and lied about it. I used food to soothe and it showed. Wanting to feel good - or at least feel better - I kept searching outside myself. Wanting validation that I was good enough - my motivation was to prove myself. If I could prove my worthiness, life would get better. The harder I tried to prove myself - the further I fell. Business closed Marriage ended Living alone Savings gone Body bloated My journey through the desert began five years ago. I thought my search was for the instant path to financial health and happiness. I was muddling through the desert of my mind, looking for the wrong things. Still haven’t found the path to proving myself. Walking through the desert to find myself. I did find the path to knowing myself. To Love myself - I had to know myself. To heal - I had to accept my pain. Had to feel my pain. Even though we feel stressed and overwhelmed, putting on a happy face for the rest of the world to see severely impacts our emotional and physical health. We are dripping “fight-or-flight” chemicals into our bloodstream all day. This impacts hormones, cellular health, mood, metabolism, and energy, eventually leading to chronic disease. If you are struggling with chronic pain, disease, depression, or obesity, the solution is not outside yourself. You already have everything you need to heal and live your healthiest life.

Wow! Beautiful! Very courageous of you! I admire you. Is hard to face our truth, but it’s more much harder to hide in the darkness of our fears. The worst lies are the ones we tell to ourselves, those lies takes years of our life… congratulations on your journey!! Very moved by your story…
