Hey everyone! I’m Krista. 😊 First and foremost I am a Child of God! I am a daughter, a sister/friend to many, a biological sister to 1️⃣ younger brother and 1️⃣ older sister, an aunt to 2 nieces and 10 nephews, and a great-aunt to 1 great-niece and 2 great-nephews! I have no children of my own and, at this point in time, no fur babies either! I’ve practiced nursing as an RN since 1998, but I took the biggest leap of faith EVER in my life in 2022 and stepped away from the conventional medical system to go out on my own. Over the last decade, my life has taken me deep into the world of whole-person (holistic) health, healing, personal growth, faith, and understanding the patterns that can keep us stuck—even when we desperately want something different. A lot of what I know, I learned the hard way (it seems to be the only way I learn 🤦🏼‍♀️)—through my own life experiences, a whole lot of research, and more money spent on education, growth, & learning than I’d care to calculate or recall 😂 Right now, I’m figuring out what it looks like to bring all of those pieces together into work that helps women take greater ownership of their well-being, recognize the stories and patterns working against them, and begin making different choices so they can start making the necessary changes to achieve their God given potential! I’m not particularly interested in squeezing myself into a tidy little business box. I simply want to help people understand their bodies & mind better and know they have choices. So what's your thoughts on upgrading to from the free ChatGPT to the Plus version? I am a little concerned about the freedoms I will be giving it by signing up for this higher version. Anyone have these concerns and what have you done with it? Personally I don't like how AI has taken over so much of what is out there today and I have boycotted the use of it for the most part but I see how quickly other people are getting things done and how long it seems to take me and that is what is making me think about it now. But still struggling with it to be honest.

One of my favorite beliefs is that we aren't doing any of this alone. We are co-creating all of it. And that means that we don't always have to be ON all the time, in action, or in our thoughts. The thoughts one is harder for me, so I like this reminder.
