Mastermind Meeting 23/03/26
Hello to you all, We had another great meeting; we had a cut out of internet I have added both videos (Small business plan image 15:00 mins is the first Video recording) Recording stored in our Classroom. We discussed ideas to generate new members to our community, adding to my reach, I will join new community groups on Facebook & LinkedIn. Big thank you to @Eleonora Filipic has already created a reel to share, I will update to SKC brand colours if Elly doesn't mind :) I will share them with you all to share. If you can share any reels promoting our community I would appreciate it. Don't forget your affiliate code for direct recommendations. Discussed the Easy small business plan. clarified the financial list of $ in & out, $ amount & months for planning, Goal & Milestones, achievable targets & goals to celebrate. We had group input into discussing the Fishbone problem solving technique Overview of the Fishbone Diagram. Discussing @Linda Clare colleague @Christine Kanochkin @Eleonora Filipic & I, not so systematically landed on with her insecurities for her lack of knowledge & skill. We may need to practice that one again lol. The fishbone diagram is structured like a fish skeleton, with the problem statement at the "head" and various causes branching off as "bones." This method helps teams systematically explore potential causes and understand the relationships between them. Elly's presentation & the importance to take everyone's ideas on board, always keeping true to your brand vision & mission. Be Authentic! We finished with our Gratitude Journal & the benefits so far, we are all continuing to fill it in, with no pressure or gilt :)

Hi @Gillian Howes so great to hear you're starting a course about Know Your Numbers, I found the document so useful and I'm sure others will think the same! Please keep me posted, I'd love to join as well⭐ My highlights for last week were: completing 2 collab presentations (one for We Are Kindred, and one for Vow Studio), and also finally ordering branded packaging to for shipping online orders and market sales. 🌻😊
✨️Gratitude Journal 30 day Challenge
Today we are starting a journey together of discovery & awareness. One of my clients experience from her 30 day challenge. "At the beginning it's the big things you write down & then it changes to the little things. You finding yourself looking everywhere for things to be grateful for. Makes you more aware. When l'm walking our dog & l look at the tree's their leaves & see how amazing they are. I don't sweat the small stuff & it made me feel more positive. I definitely recommend your community join the Gratitude journal Challenge " I am looking forward to all of us sharing how we feel during & at the 30 day mark. I am Grateful for you all joining our community & excited for our future success stories & making lifelong connections. I am here if you have any questions & require support I wish you all Success Gill ✨️

Let's catch up!
Hey Community! It's already been a while since we all joined in, and since we have access to quite a few resources in our Classroom now, I thought it might be fun and useful to have a quick catch up! - What goals have you achieved in the past month and what are you looking forward to in the near future? - What is a great Analytics app or tool you use for your own business? Why would you recommend it? - Do you use AI tools to automate admin tasks and save time? Thank you to @Gill for designing informative and detailed resources in our classroom!

- In the past month, I've worked on improving my social media strategies and content creation, and I've also been designing custom and branded packaging. I also completed my first pitch presentation to an Australian fashion label I'd love to collaborate with, now I should reach out to them! - A tool I'd recommend using Clickup, a project management tool that lets you keep track of projects and tasks to complete either individually or with other co-workers in your business - I prefer not to use AI tools in my creative practice. I rarely use Google Gemini to conduct basic online research, but always make sure to double-check their answers. Have a great weekend everyone!
