The 10-Day BP Reset Challenge Starts NOW
I'm going to be real with you. Your blood pressure is not a life sentence. It's a signal. Your body is TELLING you something — and for the next 10 days, we're going to listen. I created this challenge because I'm tired of watching people accept high blood pressure as "just something I have now." As a nurse, I've seen what happens when people get the right information and actually apply it. Numbers move. Medications get reconsidered. Lives change. So here's what we're doing. Over the next 10 days you will: Eliminate 3 things that are DIRECTLY raising your blood pressure — things like caffeine, processed food, late nights, sodas, excess sodium, and more Add 3 things that NATURALLY lower it — things like raw garlic, walking, proper hydration, cayenne pepper, box breathing, hibiscus tea, and more We don't do it all at once. We build. One swap every few days so the changes actually stick. How it works: Day 1 — Record your starting numbers and choose your 3 eliminations and 3 additions Day 2 — First swap: 1 out, 1 in Day 6 — Second swap: level up Day 8 — Final swap: full protocol active Day 10 — Graduation. Final numbers. Celebration. In between we have education days where I break down the SCIENCE of why your blood pressure responds to these changes, rest days, community check-ins, and encouragement posts to keep you locked in. There's a points system. Every positive habit and every elimination earns you daily points. The higher the impact on your BP, the more points it's worth. Walking 20 minutes a day is worth more than box breathing because the cardiovascular effect is bigger. Eliminating sodium is worth more than eliminating dairy because the BP impact is more direct. You earn bonus points for posting your daily updates, sharing testimonials, and encouraging other members. The person with the most points at the end gets a shoutout and a prize. Hi I'm Cathleen recently divorced have 2 daughters. Struggling with high blood pressure at the moment. I'm here to learn and apply. Thank you Joel that you are willing to help us on this journey to better ourselves physically but I believe spiritual aswell.🙏
