A short pause next week - 1st -6th June!
Hi, lovely Premium Members, Following on from our recent conversations, I’m taking a short pause next week to rest and reset. There won't be any classes or hangouts running between 1st June and 6th June. but this week's sessions are as normal! We'll return to our usual rhythm from 8th June onwards. Thank you, as always, for your understanding and for being such a beautiful part of this community. ✨

Wow 😮 thank you Louisa for all that clarification! Really noticed yesterday the negative self talk! We went swimming and I was quietly body shaming myself while my husband was more loudly shaming himself for not liking cold water and finding it hard to get in! Luckily we were able to tell each other about it and give each other the compassion we found hard to give ourselves. Felt nice! Currently Scorpio ♏️ is igniting my 4 house so big fear around paying for the home and also a strong nudge to face it. All this going on while I’m cleaning a pretty grim bathroom so sounds just about right. Sending love ❤️

Confessions of a People Pleaser! What started out as a forecast for tomorrow, ended up being part astrological pattern explorer and embarrassing confesion time. Thank you for your open hearted sharing. That people pleaser part surely does resonate. Maybe it’s part of the feminine shadow that we have all been conditioned into. But we are seeing the light, shocked into seeing maybe with all that Uranus energy. Big love ❤️

My gorgeous girl Minnie!! (and some micro vids thanks to canva!)
My daughter popped into my studio today and came to pose for a photo! She's 10 going on 20! She helped Carl go and collect some new studio bits from Ikea for me. And I gave my studio another coat of black. That colour is staying. It feels so calming for me. But isn't she lovely? x And Canva has just created new templates, so I made a couple of fun templates with my two youngest, Minnie (10) and Solomon (7) x

Wednesday 13th May 2026, Feeling into something new and delicate!
Have a salt bath and prepare for a gentle, maybe delicate sense of new beginnings........it's coming. It feels like we're already bringing in the New Moon ahead of time. xx

Yes to feeling super delicate at the moment. Very raw is how I’d put it, being bombarded by my feels. Today I’m going super slow. That’s going to be my medicine. Good luck 🤞 with sorting the sound issues out Louisa but what did come through was v helpful ❤️
