One of the ways success is different for spiritual entrepreneurs is that we need EACH OTHER even more. We need like-mindedness, like-heartedness and like-souledness - REAL community of people who got our backs. I want to build that here and that starts with us getting to meet you! Please share: 🧔Who you are 🌍Where you're from 💻What your business mission is 👋What help you're looking for or blocks you're looking to break through! When you read through these posts, if you can help someone who is seeking expertise you have, please do (just understand, no one likes being pitched or sold if there isn't real and authentic connection or a request). I appreciate you so much for being here and being a part of the community.

To Delegate, To Not Delegate
Hi EE's! I was curious to get a fresh perspective on this one. I work with lots of Entrepreneur's in various consulting capacity. I have noticed a recurring phenomena that I would like to be better equipped to support. Over the many years I have worked with many amazing visionaries. Many of them fall in a category where they micromanage and need such control over every aspect of their business that they can't grow or scale. Every word, post, pixel, every image must be scrutinized. They must be involved with everything at the expense of leveraging energy towards higher value actions like collaboration, visibility, and more. While these aspects are important to a degree they fundamentally don't move the dial in my opinion, or contribute to scale or impact. There seems to be a fundamental need to control and a lack of trust. I have also noticed this in entrepreneurs who have multiple streams of income. I have a theory that this is because they have the luxury of not being as profitable. On the other end, I see people who are so terrified of getting their hands dirty with those things that they have no idea how they work and are not sure how to get started. An interesting phenomena for sure! Where I experience this professionally in these situations is being utilized for tasks that are honestly just not worth my mindshare. In small business and for solo-entrepreneurs we have to have many skills certainly. And while I agree that the highest lama sweeps the floor sometimes, knowing when to delegate, expand, and let go of control is a real barrier to many. Would love to know what comes up for you? If there was a course that addressed this moment in a person's business I certainly would direct people to it!

One thing I have noticed with visionary leaders who do this well is that they create a robust company culture - so there is a felt sense in the organization of being on the same page, having shared values, having each-other's backs, etc. and that this robust company culture allows trust to be built in all directions. I also think micromanaging, at its heart, is a problem that requires inner work - you have to somatically feel what it feels like to release control and trust in the larger flow of life and practice that again and again, starting in small ways, so that you can build your own trust muscle. As this trust muscle gets build, you will naturally start relying more on your intuition (which will clue you in if there's an area of your business that needs more attention from you) v. your mind that just thinks it needs to control all the things, all the time.
